Menu Six Fusion ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or dine at our restaurant in DeSoto, Texas.

Information We Collect

• Contact information (name, email, phone) when you make reservations or submit forms
• Order information through our online ordering partners (Toast)
• Payment information processed by third-party payment processors
• Kitchen Space application details, including business information, product workflow, equipment, storage, tour preferences, policy acknowledgments, and documents you choose to attach
• Automatically collected data: browser type, device info, IP address, pages visited

How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill food orders
• Respond to inquiries and customer service requests
• Review Kitchen Space fit, readiness, requested access, documents, scheduling, and onboarding
• Send promotional emails (only with consent)
• Improve our website and services

Third-Party Services

We use Toast for ordering and payments; Google Maps for location features; Google Fonts; Hostinger and Vercel for website hosting; Web3Forms to process optional meal-prep help requests, including contact details, SMS-consent status, pickup preferences, and meal selections; and PostHog for basic website analytics (pageviews and clicks) to understand how the site is used. When online Kitchen Space applications are enabled, application records and attached documents may be stored through a configured private Supabase database and Storage bucket. Optional booking or approved-deposit links may open a separately configured provider. We do not record your screen or session. We do not sell this data or use it to advertise to you across other websites. You can disable analytics by enabling "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" in your browser.

Kitchen Space Drafts and Documents

The Kitchen Space application can save a draft and selected files in your browser using local storage and IndexedDB. Those local records remain on that device until you clear the draft or browser data. A local preview is not the same as an online submission. When online submission is configured, the confirmation screen states that the application was received and provides a private application ID and access code. Attached documents are limited by file type and size and are intended for private application review. Do not share the private access code publicly.
