How does Menu Six Meal Prep work?

Choose a one-time box of 6, 8, 10 or 14 meals, build your box, select a Friday or Saturday pickup preference, then confirm the final order and payment on Toast.

When do orders close and when can I pick up?

The menu opens Friday at 8:00 PM Central and paid orders close Tuesday at 11:59 PM Central. Pickup is Friday or Saturday from noon to 7:30 PM in the selected window.

Does every Menu Six meal use halal ingredients?

Chicken meals use halal chicken. Salmon, turkey, vegetarian and vegan choices are also available. Review each meal's complete ingredient and allergen details before ordering; Menu Six does not claim that every meal or the entire kitchen is halal-certified.

Do you have high-protein or lower-carb meals?

Yes. Every meal shows calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. The menu includes high-protein meals, lower-carb options and clearly portioned choices.

How long do meals last?

Follow the final best-by, storage and heating label. Plan for three to four refrigerated days and freeze later-week meals on pickup day when the label directs you to do so.

What happens if I miss pickup?

A missed Friday pickup moves to Saturday with the original label dates unchanged. A missed Saturday pickup does not roll to Wednesday or receive a new freshness date.

Where is Menu Six meal-prep pickup?

Pickup is at Menu Six Fusion, 621 N Hampton Rd, Suite 113, DeSoto, Texas 75115. Choose a Friday or Saturday pickup window before completing payment on Toast.

Do you deliver meal prep across Dallas-Fort Worth?

No. The Meal Prep pilot is pickup only at the DeSoto location. Shipping and DFW-wide meal-prep delivery are not currently offered.

Can customers from Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster or Southwest Dallas order?

Yes. Customers may order from any nearby community and collect the box in DeSoto during the selected Friday or Saturday window. Check your route before ordering.

Do I need a weekly subscription?

No. Menu Six Meal Prep uses one-time boxes. Choose 6, 8, 10 or 14 meals for the cycle you need without starting a recurring subscription.
